レモンゼストとカスケード、レモンドロップを使用。DDZは、ダブルドライゼストの略で今の所ウィプラッシュ以外で見たことはありません。ややヘイジーでも、クリアで爽快なフレーバーを求める軽やかでアロマティックな1本。2019年の醸造以来レシピ改編して久々のリリース。

For the 2021 edition of Sunshine Under Ground we’ve forgone the lactose. It’s still super pale and retains that soft velvetiness thanks to a base of Pilsner, oat and wheat. A light touch of Cascade and Lemondrop, followed by a heavy touch of double dry zesting leaves this beer with all the lemony goodness it deserves. A proper thirst quencher ?
