ネルソンソーヴィンシングルホップのキレイなペールエール。クリアでネルソンソーヴィンのアロマがしっかりと楽しめるような軽やかなタッチ。4月リリース予定だったビールですが、ブルワリー内のクオリティチェックでリリースしない事が決定された後に再度造られたリベンジ作。

Very simply we’ve got our hands on our favourite hop in the world Nelson Sauvin. It’s some absolutely killer Nelson Sauvin. We’ve gone and done a single hopped Pale Ale with all Nelson in the whirlpool then double dry hopped it in tank at 16g/L and all it tastes like is Nelson Sauvin. It’s the cleanest, most electric expression of a hop famed for its likeness to New World Sauvignon Blanc and we’re just laughing here to ourselves that we’ve done a pale with it at a reasonable ABV so we can wrap our chops around it and sup it by the pint. It’s utterly fantastic. Gerrup.
