カスケードから生まれたジャーマンホップ、ハラタウブランからネルソンソーヴィンに似ていると言われるアロマのキャラクターを生み出そうとしつつシトラ、アマリロのアロマを上手く組み合わせてケルシュ酵母で醸造。ジャーマンスタイルの純粋さとアメリカンスタイルの過剰な要素の中間を狙ったビールでライチやタンジェリン、橘のアロマで白ワインを連想させる。

Somewhere between German nunce and American excess Fantasm Planes is a beer we’re just defining by colour for the moment. We started making a Kolsch Style ale with all German malt, minimalist water and Kolsch Yeast and merged the Sauvignion Blanc character of Hallertau Blanc hops with US Citra and Amarillo. The result is an airy, ultra-modern ‘Extra Pale’ that bellows a nose of lychee, tangerines, citrus fruits and white wine.
