スペルト小麦を使用したファームハウスエールを赤ワイン樽で18ヵ月間熟成させ、その後バージニア州のFlying Fox Wineryから入手したメルローブドウを1Lあたり800g加えて更に熟成。優雅な味わいの赤ワインのような印象。ブラックベリーやプラムのような柔らかな風味とクリーンなミネラル感。16ヵ月間のボトルコンディショニング熟成を経た素晴らしい1本。

A spelt Farmhouse-inspired Ale aged in red wine barrels for 18 months then conditioned on 800g/L of whole Virginia merlot grapes from @flyingfoxwines. Reminiscent of a pleasant red wine. Soft impressions of blackberry and plum with a clean mineral-like finish. Bottle-conditioned for 16 months.
