Our most adventurous beer to date, we blended our primary products, fermented wort, and lacto-inoculated Oregon Pinot Gris juice, then introduced Brettanomyces for a secondary fermentation. We love the harmonious flavors of wildflower honey, melon, lavender, and tangerine.
