スペインのオディティとコラボした、柔らかく甘美なボディのヘイジーIPA。最初の一口はグレープフルーツ、マンゴー、ライムのパンチがあり、ワイメアとシトラホップが効いています。少量加えたシムコーとコハツホップが砕いたばかりの松の葉とライムの皮のニュアンスを醸し出し、満足感のある仕上がりに。

Brewed with our pals from Oddity over in Spain, who are known for their soft-spoken hoppy beers. Together we decided to go hop forward with a DDH IPA, using 18g/litre. Smooth, refreshing and full of tropical flavours. Starting off with a grist of wheat and barley to create a soft and luscious body to showcase the combination of New Zealand and US hops. There’s a punch of grapefruit, sweet mango and lime on the first sip, from Waimea and Citra hops. Finishing with a little Simcoe and Kohatu, bringing a satisfying freshly crushed pine needle and waxy lime zest.
