フレッシュで鮮やかなシトラホップのアロマをフルで楽しめるように醸造した、ヘイジーDIPA。超軟水で、麦と小麦のモルト比率が50:50%という恐ろしい比率のもと、シトラのシングルホップでホットサイドでも使用した後、4段階のヘビードライホッピングで25g/Lものホップ使用量を記録した、トロピカルでジューシーな狂気を表現しています。

Let It Happen takes our Saturate treatment and applies it to fresh bright Citra. 50% Oat and Wheat Malt, Floor Malted Maris Otter, super soft water, juicy English Ale Yeast and 100% Whirlpool hopped with Citra before undergoing 4 stages of heavy dry hopping riding up to 25g/L or tropical juicy madness. Unfiltered and unpasteurised as usual.
