スコットランドのOvertone BrewingとのコラボレーションによるヘイジーDIPA。ストラタ、ギャラクシー、モツエカをたっぷり使用し、マンゴー、メロン、パイナップルなキャラクターが特徴的。オーツ使用率30％以上のコクとまろやかな口当たりと、苦味を包み込む甘さが思わずグイグイと飲み進んでしまう。

Some time ago we had the massively talented hop druids overtone brewing over for some barbecue. We discussed the importance of a 70°C whirlpool, survivable hop compounds and the impact of flaked oats on hazy IPAs. We also brewed a beer – The Green Room DIPA, 8.0% ABV. Loaded with the juiciest Strata, Galaxy and Motueka hops we could source over a malt backbone of Golden Promise and a big (30%) load of oats.
