Founded in San Pedro, California in 2016, Brouwerij West has just landed in Japan for the first time, and three cans have just arrived.
Brouwerij West, which began a career as a gypsy brewer in 2010, is inspired by the long history of beer and combines traditional ingredients and methods with progressive experimentation to recreate classic beers from a unique perspective.
